Kelsen Refractories USA participated in AISTech 2026, one of the leading events for the global steel industry, held in Pittsburgh from May 4–6. The exhibition brought together steel producers, technology providers and refractory specialists from around the world, creating an important meeting point for the North American steel market and its supply chain.
Kelsen USA attended the event together with HarbisonWalker International (HWI), with whom Kelsen has maintained a long-standing collaboration in the U.S. market since 2011. The company would like to sincerely thank HWI for sharing booth space and for the valuable support provided throughout the exhibition, including meetings with potential customers aimed at supporting the continued growth of Kelsen USA in North America.
The participation at AISTech 2026 also allowed the Kelsen USA team to identify potential suppliers and industrial partners for the development of its Tarentum, Pennsylvania facility, while reconnecting with many long-standing contacts from the steel and refractory industries. In a sector where close relationships and technical collaboration remain essential, the event once again demonstrated the importance of maintaining a strong presence within the market.
