Kelsen presents its first Sustainability Report, covering the 2025 financial year. The report brings together the company’s main environmental, social and governance achievements and marks a further step in its commitment to transparency and continuous improvement.
Sustainability is embedded in Kelsen’s strategy and in the way the company approaches the development of its industrial activity. Energy efficiency, reducing environmental impact, incorporating circularity principles, developing people and responsible management are all areas in which the company continues to make progress.
The publication of this first report enables Kelsen to structure, measure and share this commitment through tangible results, while establishing a reference point for assessing its progress and continuing to move forward in the years ahead.
Five figures that reflect Kelsen’s commitment
The 2025 Sustainability Report includes a range of indicators reflecting the company’s performance. Among them, five figures highlight some of the main achievements and strengths recorded during the year:
- 330,059 kWh of renewable electricity generated, reflecting Kelsen’s investment in photovoltaic generation and its progress towards a more efficient, lower-impact energy model.
- 10% of the raw materials used come from recycled sources, helping to incorporate secondary materials into production processes and advance towards greater circularity in resource use.
- 136 people make up the Kelsen team, whose knowledge, experience and commitment are essential to the company’s ability to evolve and meet new challenges.
- 2,476 hours of training, focused on strengthening professional skills, supporting talent development and reinforcing a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- 6 ISO certifications, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 14064 and ISO 14067, supporting Kelsen’s management systems in areas including quality, environment, health and safety, energy efficiency and emissions management.
Measuring progress to keep moving forward
These indicators reflect Kelsen’s approach to sustainability as a concept that extends beyond the environmental dimension to include efficient resource management, people, knowledge and process improvement.
The publication of the 2025 Sustainability Report is also an exercise in transparency, making the work carried out more visible, helping identify new challenges and providing a baseline against which future progress can be measured.
This first report therefore establishes a starting point from which Kelsen can continue to advance and make measurable its commitment to increasingly efficient and responsible industrial operations.
